Morning coffee, a sacred moment in the day of Italians! Just a few minutes are enough to start the day. You will taste a special blend of coffee, the most delicious coffee in Florence and a croissant, in an exceptional location: an old deconsecrated convent.

2. Mercato di Sant’Ambrogio
We will visit the oldest market in Florence, a late nineteenth-century building where history meets the most authentic culinary tradition of the city: street food. Voices, aromas and flavors among tastings of cheeses, organic eggs, vegetables, fruit and farmer’s bread!

3. Borgo dei Greci
We start with organic extra virgin olive oil on bread, a great unmissable richness of our tables, we taste a first dish of the Florentine tradition! All accompanied by two glasses of organic wine.

What is life without sweetness? In this stop we will taste the most authentic Florentine biscuit: the cantuccio with vin Santo! A dessert made in a thousand variations: almonds, chocolate, or figs, or oranges, for lovers of good food, pleasure is guaranteed.

5. Via Isola delle Stinche
